Please give us a call at (808) 669-4861 for or send us an e-mail at flowers@kapaluaflorist.com. An order form can also be found at the Contact Us page. We are available by phone from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday (HST which is three hours behind Pacific time). Saturday hours vary due to canoe season.
Delivery Rates and Service:
For the majority of west Maui, our standard local delivery fee is just $12. Delivery to Launiupoko is $25.
We are available for delivery Monday through Friday. Please inquire about Saturday delivery.
Minimum order for delivery is $60 (minimum order for Launiupoko is $125).
Our delivery team takes great care to ensure that every bouquet arrives in perfect condition. We understand that the timing of a delivery can be as crucial as the arrangement itself, which is why we try to offer flexible delivery options. Our thoughtful delivery service also includes personalized touches. You can add a heartfelt note or even a small gift to your order, making it uniquely yours.

Substitution Policy:
The photos shown represent the overall theme and style of the arrangements. The designer may make appropriate substitutions of flower due to availability and season that may not exactly match the photo but will maintain the overall feeling and style of the arrangement. We hand select the best flowers available to assure the highest quality and style for each of our creations. Any substitutions made will reflect an equal or higher value.
Cancellation Policy:
If a customer places an order and needs to cancel for any reason, the cancellation must be made 24 hours prior to the delivery date (subject to a 10% cancellation fee). No refund can be issued if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of delivery. In the event of an incorrect address, a redelivery fee ($20) may be charged if in our delivery area. If the corrected address is beyond our delivery area, no refund will be issued.
