Supporting local agriculture keeps our island economy resilient, and preserves land dedicated to farming rather than development. It also means fresher flowers, better longevity, and designs that truly feel like Maui.
Because supply is limited and demand is high, we often sell out each week. To ensure availability for your special occasion, we recommend placing your order early.

Payment Options
After we confirm your total, payment can be made in whichever way is most convenient for you:
- Credit card over the phone
- Secure Square payment link (via email or text.
- Venmo (@KapaluaFlorist)
Business Hours:
We are available by phone or email from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM HST Monday through Friday, and 8:30 to 1:00 PM HST on Saturday (HST is three hours behind Pacific time). We are closed on Sunday and some holidays.
Lahaina/West Maui Delivery:
We deliver to homes, hotels, vacation properties, and businesses across Lahaina, including Kaanapali, Napili, Kahana, Kapalua, and Launiupoko.
- Standard local delivery fee: $12
- Lahaina Town Delivery: $20
- Launiupoko Delivery: $25
- Minimum order: $65 (Launiupoko $125)
- Delivery Available Monday through Saturday
- Most hotel deliveries require a $5 bellman gratuity
- Deliveries requiring gate access or multiple gated entry points may be subject to an additional delivery fee.
- Credit card and Venmo orders include a 3% service fee
Delivery Only – No Pick-Up Available
After the Lahaina fires, we transitioned to delivery-only, continuing to serve our community and visitors with fresh, locally grown tropical flowers.
Please ensure the delivery address, gate code, and recipient access information are correct at the time of ordering. If we are unable to complete delivery due to an incorrect address, missing or incorrect gate code, or inaccessible property, a $20 redelivery fee may apply.
Substitution Policy:
Photos shown represent the overall style of our tropical arrangements. Our designers may make substitutions based on availability and season while maintaining the theme and value of your order.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
🌸 Tropical Flower Care
Tropical flowers are hardy and long-lasting, but with a little care, you can enjoy their beauty even longer.
Keep Cool → Place arrangements indoors, away from direct sun or heat.
Fresh Water → Check water levels daily and add fresh water as needed to keep stems hydrated.
Mist Gently → Lightly misting the flowers can help maintain freshness, especially for orchids and anthuriums.
With these simple steps, your tropical flowers will stay vibrant and fresh — bringing the beauty of Maui into your space for many days.
